Delete your account
Effective date: 27 October 2026
You can ask us to delete your Sartash account and the personal information linked to it at any time. This page explains what is deleted, what we may need to keep, and how to make the request.
How to request deletion
- Email support@sartash.top from the address you used for your account, or include your username and user ID in the message.
- Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
- We may ask one or two questions to confirm that the account belongs to you. This is to stop someone else from deleting your account.
- Once confirmed, we delete the account and send you a confirmation email. Requests are normally handled within 7 days and no later than 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account record: username, password hash, guest status and profile settings.
- Your coin balance and in-game inventory.
- Your match history and game participation records linked to your user ID.
- Tournament entries, leaderboard positions and reward records.
- Friend connections and pending friend requests.
- Your session tokens, which are invalidated so the account cannot be used again.
What we may keep
A limited set of records may be retained where we are required to keep them, or where they are needed to prevent fraud and abuse:
- Transaction and coin ledger entries, kept in a form that is no longer linked to an active account.
- Security and access logs, normally for up to 12 months.
- Records needed to comply with a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute.
Encrypted backups may contain a copy of your data for a short period (normally up to 30 days) before they are rotated out.
Deleting some data without closing the account
If you only want to change your username or clear specific information, contact us at the same address and describe what you need. Some data, such as match history, cannot be removed individually because it is part of the shared game record.
