Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sartash ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of the Sartash application, this website and related services (the "Service"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You may hold only one account. Creating additional accounts to obtain extra rewards, evade a suspension or manipulate matchmaking is prohibited.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country. If online gaming for virtual coins is restricted where you live, you must not use the Service.
• Employees, contractors and their immediate families may use the Service but are not eligible for promotional rewards where prohibited by internal policy.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
• A guest account can be upgraded to a full account. Progress and coins are retained when you upgrade; the account identifier does not change.
• Accounts are personal. You may not sell, rent, share, transfer or trade an account or any in-game item for real money or anything of value outside the Service.
• We may require you to verify your age or identity where necessary to comply with the law.

4. Virtual coins and no real-money gambling

Sartash is a skill-based game service. It is not a gambling service and does not offer wagers or prizes with monetary value.

• Coins, chips and any other in-game items are virtual. They are licensed to you for use inside the Service only.
• Virtual items have no cash value, do not represent stored value, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged or withdrawn for money or anything of value.
• Virtual items cannot be transferred between accounts except through features we expressly provide.
• We may adjust balances to correct errors, reverse fraudulent transactions, or rebalance the game economy. Where a correction affects you, we will act in good faith and explain the reason on request.
• Coins may expire or be reset if your account is inactive for an extended period, or if your account is closed for a breach of these Terms.

5. Purchases

The Service is free to download and can be played with coins earned in game. If optional paid content is offered, purchases are processed by the app store you use, and its payment and refund rules apply. Except where required by law or by the app store's policy, purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, including after account closure.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients or third-party tools that affect gameplay.
• Exploit bugs, glitches or errors for advantage. Report them to support instead.
• Collude with other players to manipulate results, share cards or transfer coins unfairly.
• Harass, threaten, abuse or defame other players, or use usernames that are offensive, misleading or infringe rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its servers.
• Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Impersonate Sartash staff or another player.

7. Fair play and enforcement

Game outcomes are determined by our servers, not by your device. We monitor gameplay for cheating, collusion and multi-accounting. If we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, we may, with or without notice:

• Remove or adjust coins and rewards obtained improperly.
• Suspend or permanently close the account.
• Disqualify you from tournaments and withhold pending prizes.
• Restrict access to devices, networks or features.

Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities. Decisions are made in good faith and you may appeal by contacting support.

8. Tournaments, rewards and promotions

• Tournament entry thresholds, reward tiers and schedules are published in the app and may change.
• Only valid play time or results recorded by our servers count. Disconnections and abandoned tables may not count.
• Ties are ranked according to the rules shown in the app.
• Where a technical error affects results, we may correct standings or re-run a settlement.
• Promotions may have additional rules; those rules apply alongside these Terms.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you. Sartash does not provide tax advice.

9. Your content

You are responsible for the username and any content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate that content as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, artwork, card and board designs, text, logos and trademarks, is owned by Sartash or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, games or the Service itself, and may perform maintenance at any time. Where a change materially affects paid content, we will give reasonable notice.

12. Third-party services

The Service may link to app stores or other third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's agreement.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sartash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or virtual items, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sartash and its officers, employees and partners from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of another party's rights.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your licence to use the Service ends and virtual items are forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@sartash.top so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction], unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

18. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
• Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
